Our mission at Hampton Park Christian School is to partner with parents and churches in growing young people in Christ-likeness. We do this by educating and discipling the whole student. What does that look like here? It means taking an interest in the head, heart, and hands of each student. We want to develop minds that seek and value truth, hearts of love for God and others, and hands of service—toward each other and our community.
Our core values outline for us what an authentic Christian education looks like. We place an emphasis on truth, love, and service. We have the privilege of telling kids the truth of God’s Word to help them grow in their knowledge of God. We promise to love your kids and to selflessly sacrifice to meet their needs. And we cherish the opportunity to serve your kids, following the perfect model of Jesus in building relationships to minister grace.
Educating young people is about so much more than just a list of checkboxes, memorizing a certain body of knowledge, and graduating students who look and sound just so. We want to get to the heart of each student—what motivates them and why they should learn at all. The Gospel drives us; and love, truth, and service—our core values—help us live out the Gospel and guide all we do.
Watch our Principal Dr. Kevin Priest explain our philosophy of Christian education and why we’re so passionate about educating young people from a Christian worldview.
We’d love to meet you and let you see these values in real life!
