About the ESTF Program

The South Carolina Education Scholarship Trust Fund (ESTF) is a state-funded program administered by the SC Department of Education. It provides qualifying families with scholarships to help cover approved educational expenses, including tuition and fees at participating schools like Hampton Park Christian School. The total yearly scholarship amount is disbursed directly into your ClassWallet account in four equal quarterly installments throughout the school year.

Submitting Expenses & Invoices

All payments and purchases using your ESTF scholarship funds must be made through the ClassWallet platform. Parents will need to submit incidental invoices directly into the portal to allocate funds toward HPCS tuition and fees.

Using ESTF Funds for School Uniforms

ESTF funds can now be used to purchase school uniforms through our official partner, Entire Image. To utilize your funds for uniform purchases, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Visit the Entire Image online store to select your uniforms and add them to your cart normally.

Apply Checkout Code

At checkout, you will need to enter the following discount code. This code will bring your online total for the uniform items to $0.

Please Note: At this time, it is not possible to cover shipping costs through this order process. You will need to pay for shipping with a personal payment method when you place the order.

Order Processing & Billing

Entire Image will proceed with processing your order. Hampton Park will then place the actual charges for the uniform items onto your FACTS account to create an incidental invoice, which can be submitted to Class Wallet.

Required Action: Submit Form

In order for HPCS to accurately create this invoice, you must complete our online submission form to allocate the uniform funds to your child.
